Cloud success: How to overcome the pitfalls of Cloud

We’re delighted to announce the first of a series of webinars at Digital Space, aimed at helping you to drive digital transformative change for your organisation.

Our first webinar titled: Cloud Success: How to overcome the pitfalls of cloud will take place on Tuesday, 19 October and will see specialists from Digital Space’s Cloud Centre of Excellence go behind the scenes of cloud strategies and migrations to explore the common challenges that derail or undermine the success of these critical projects.

The 40-minute webinar will be hosted by Jon Portlock, our Customer Solutions Director with Tim Lancaster, our Managing Director of Cloud and Peter Male, our Amazon Web Services (AWS) Director joining him on the panel. With more than 60 years’ combined experience in cloud adoption, Jon, Tim and Peter will draw upon their wealth of project experience to reveal the most common Cloud Project issues and the steps to avoid them.

Jon said: “For many organisations, it’s no longer a debate of whether to deploy cloud but how to utilise cloud to its full potential. In our webinar, we’ll take you on a transformative journey, detailing how to drive cloud value faster while also avoiding the pitfalls of cloud adoption.”

In the webinar, key topics will include:

  • Cloud statistic insights. How does cloud operating models deliver big benefits to business operating models?
  • What are the core elements of a solid cloud strategy?
  • Avoid the pitfalls! Explore the detail behind the most common cloud challenges and what to do to avoid them.

Attendees will also be able to gain tailored advice and support from the panel as part of a Q&A at the end of the webinar.
