What do we do?

Secure, connected public and private cloud and data centre services on which organisations rely to run their businesses.

These range from application and data business platforms to specific cloud solutions addressing a specific business need such as cloud contact centres.

24/7 monitoring and alerting – we can provide 24/7 monitoring and alerting. These alerts can be either responded to by our own in-house teams or they can be sent onto pre-agreed external partners as required.
BackUp-as-a-Service (BUaaS) – you can back up your appliances, data and servers from on-premises, private Cloud, public Cloud or a mix of all three using our BUaaS. The backup repository locations can be on-premises, private Cloud, public Cloud or a mix of all three depending upon your backup requirements around connectivity, retention and duplication.
Customer Space portal - Our Customer Space portal is accessible through a Web browser and provides a window into what we do for you. It lets you see how your infrastructure is performing, the status of tickets, costs and much more.
Disaster Recovery-as-a-Service (DRaaS) – provides IT resilience and flexible managed services to deliver continuous replication of your appliances, data and servers from either on-premises, private Cloud or public Cloud to either on-premises, private Cloud or public Cloud.
Excellent managed services – we hold ISO20000, the IT service management standard and ISO9001, the quality standard. Our services are secure, we hold ISO27001 for information security and ISO27017 for Cloud Security and we have been an audited AWS Managed Service Partner since 2015. We have an in-house Network Operations Centre (NOC) and a specialised security partner that provide a Security Operations Centre (SOC).
Training - we can compile a training package specific to your staff’s needs to allow you to secure and manage your Cloud resources.
Self-service – our Customer Space portal lets your staff to self-serve Cloud resources.
Windows workloads expertise – We have been a Microsoft Gold Partner since 2006 and are expert in running Microsoft workloads in our data centres and on AWS and Azure.

Cloud contact centre – we can provide you with fully integrated contact centre and back-office telephony using 8x8 or enable you to take advantage of contact centre automation using Amazon Connect and our in-house development team.
Cloud desktops – virtual desktops on the Cloud can help you give secure access to your systems to external partners or contractors; make legacy applications accessible and remove security worries where you have sites with no IT presence.
Data analytics & BI – we provide a Cloud based data analytics platform for central government that serves 300 data scientists and can help you with data strategy, designing and running a data analytics environment and integrating data insights with customer transactions. We can also implement and customise AWS Trusted Research Environments which allow customers to securely share data.
Microsoft 365 & Teams – as a Microsoft Gold Partner since 2006, we can migrate you to Microsoft 365, manage it for you and back it up so that you can still access your email and applications, even if Azure goes down. We can also help you handle calls through Teams integration.
SAP HANA – we have the ability to run large CPU/Memory workloads virtually on our private Cloud (Virtual Data Centre) for SAP HANA.

FinOps proactive cost management – use our expertise in cloud economics to help monitor costs and look for ways to reduce cloud spend. With access to multiple cost optimisation tools and techniques, we actively work with you to help accurately forecast spend, implement effective tagging policies and make recommendations for rightsizing and Reserved Instance purchases.
Well-architected review – our experts can review your Cloud architecture to ensure that it is fit for purpose, secure and cost-effective. Our review considers operational management and monitoring; security; reliability; performance and cost optimisation and sustainability (the environmental impact of your computing).
