Withdrawal of Single Network Mobile Data Services
We are withdrawing our customers from a previous supplier’s network.
This is not how we like to do business, but due to unforeseen circumstances brought on by one of our suppliers, our AQL services will reach End of Life on 30th September 2025.
After this date, our single network mobile data services will cease.
You should have already had an initial conversation with our team regarding the next steps, but if not then please contact your Account Manager.
Ready to leverage an even better mobile data solution?
When a door closes, a window opens, and this withdrawal is an opportunity to enhance your business connectivity with a multi-network SIM solution that provides more reliable internet access and even greater operational flexibility.
What’s a Multi-network SIM?

So, in areas where Three’s signal is a bit ropey, or speeds are too slow, your SIMs will switch to whichever network has the best signal and speeds, keeping your business as productive as possible.
That means wherever your teams go, whatever the weather or even if one of the main networks suffers an outage, you’re always connected.
Key benefits of multi-network SIMs

Reduce downtime

Eliminate outages

Protect productivity

Connectivity anywhere
Sound good to you?
Given the short notice, we’re making sure affected customers like you get the best possible deal on transitioning your service to multi-network SIMs.
If it hasn’t happened already, a member of your Account team will be in touch to explore the options available and confirm how we can make the transition as seamless as possible, given the time scale we have available.
Alternatively, you can find a solution from elsewhere to pick up where our AQL solution left off, with your service from Digital Space ending on 30th September.
FAQ:
The single network mobile data service is being withdrawn due to our upstream supplier decommissioning their carrier platform as it is no longer commercially or technically viable to continue offering this service or an alternative service.
The service will be permanently withdrawn on 30th September 2025. After this date, all affected SIMs will cease to function.
You have two options:

- Option 2: Terminate Your Service
- Services will be deactivated on 30th September 2025
- You will need to make alternative arrangements to avoid disruption
- Greater network resilience through access to all major UK mobile network operators (i.e. EE, Three, Vodafone and VMO2)
- Reduced downtime due to automatic failover
- Enhanced performance for remote and mobile applications
- Continued support from our dedicated service teams
Migration terms, including commercial details, will be shared by your Account Manager as part of our migration proposal. Our goal is to offer a commercially viable and technically superior alternative.
We recommend confirming your preferred option by 14th July to allow sufficient time for planning and implementation.
If no action is taken, your current service will automatically terminate on 30th September 2025, and all associated SIMs will lose connectivity. This may result in service disruption to your business operations.
If you’ve already confirmed your intention to switch to Multi-network SIMs, a member of our team will be in touch with an overview of what to expect and commercial proposal for your approval.
If not, please speak to your Account Manager or Service Delivery Manger to get the ball rolling.
Yes. For managed accounts, your SDM will help coordinate the technical planning and ensure either a smooth transition to the new service or a clean termination process, depending on your choice.
We’re here to help ensure your business remains connected throughout this transition. So, if you have any questions or concerns, please contact your Account Manager or Service Delivery Manager.
