John has over 20 years’ experience in customer service, operations and sales experience at Communications and IT service providers. John leads teams to deliver outstanding customer service, continuous improvement and business growth. He places the customer at the heart of operational activity, developing long term relationships to help them take advantage of the transition to digital and cloud services.
John was COO at Daisy Group and spent his formative years in a variety of roles at Computacenter, prior to joining Digital Space. He has worked with customers from Enterprise to Mid-Market and has managed the integration of large-scale customer services and acquired organisations into the business.
