Daryl joined Digital Space as CFO in December 2020, coming from Universe Group PLC, parent company to HTEC Ltd. Daryl brings with him more than 25 years’ experience in global technology, media and telecommunications sectors, having worked for public, private and PE-backed businesses. He has global M&A experience having led acquisitions, disposals, and financing.

Daryl works closely with the Senior Executive Team and investors on strategy, execution and reporting; with a clear focus on financial performance, controlling costs and budgets. Daryl leads the financial team to rapidly develop and continually improve processes, while controlling and delivering meaningful and accurate financial information for the business and customers.
