Through its growth trajectory, it was vital for ASOS to ensure its IT infrastructure and cloud environment remained fully operational for both its end-users and online customers, whilst developing its customer offering, managed service and risk management capability.
Having supplied IT support to ASOS for more than 10 years, Digital Space was contracted in July 2021 to provide a full managed service, taking responsibility for managing and maintaining ASOS’ firewalls, servers, storage, switches, load balancers, security management and backup.
