ASOS is a destination for fashion-loving 20-somethings. Through market-leading web and app experiences and a selection of nearly 900 brands, as well as fashion-led own-brand labels, ASOS serves 10m customers in over 200 markets and in 10 languages.

Through its growth trajectory, it was vital for ASOS to ensure its IT infrastructure and cloud environment remained fully operational for both its end-users and online customers, whilst developing its customer offering, managed service and risk management capability.

Having supplied IT support to ASOS for more than 10 years, Digital Space was contracted in July 2021 to provide a full managed service, taking responsibility for managing and maintaining ASOS’ firewalls, servers, storage, switches, load balancers, security management and backup.

Having a partner that can take away the hassle of monitoring and managing the IT environment has enabled ASOS to undertake 24/7 monitoring and risk management of IT systems and software and have an immediate alerting system, minimising downtime and allowing the in-house team to focus on the growth and other requirements of the business.
