By investing in our people, we are equipping them with the best tools and skills to drive excellent results for our customers. However, we know we can always do more to support our employees.
That is why we have invested significantly in an exciting new Learning Hub and Reward Gateway programme to further support and help our colleagues.
The Learning Hub
The Learning Hub is our new cloud-based Learning Management System (LMS) with a host of features centred around upskilling, onboarding new staff and blended learning. By connecting e-learning and onsite training, we have the ability to build, share, and manage both in-person training sessions and remote webinars for our people.
Our colleagues can now benefit from 700 off-the-shelf learning modules, covering a variety of subjects from health and safety and compliance to wellbeing and soft skills. They can even earn points and trophies through their activities in the system, with a leader board showing the results across teams, departments and individual users.
Digital Lounge
We are also delighted to have invested in a new Reward Gateway system called Digital Lounge. Through this platform, employees can access company news, share their own updates, access the Learning Hub plus so much more!
With the Digital Lounge, colleagues also benefit from special savings on everything from their weekly food shop to clothes and electronics and can earn cashback on their favourite buys from leading retail stores.
