Employment Type: Fixed term for 10-months (May 2026), full-time 37.5 hours / week

Salary: Circa £24,804 / annum
Closing Date: 18th July 2025
Role Purpose:
To support the financial stability and cash flow of the business by ensuring timely collection of outstanding payments and assessing customer creditworthiness. Monitor accounts receivable and proactively reduce bad debt exposure.
Responsibilities:
- Proactively chase outstanding customer payments
- Maintain accurate customer records, notes, and contact details in the system
- Set up Direct Debits on customer accounts
- Process credit card payments securely and efficiently
- Conduct credit checks on new and existing customers; record findings in Salesforce
- Review and action BACS reports
- Manage and resolve customer queries through the ticketing system
Experience, Knowledge and Skills:
- Experience of working in credit management role
- Practical experience of dealing with customers and resolving problems
- Qualification in credit management advantageous but not compulsory
- Qualification to GSCE level or equivalent including Maths and English
- Self-confident, self-motivated and enthusiastic
- Can do attitude, with a proactive outlook to problem solving
